  Online site says open from 8am- 5pm.. it doesn't say closed from 12pm-1pm for government hour lunch break! What about people that only have a certain amount of time to do things..this is why post offices are becoming a thing of the past.

  Wow comes to mind! Can I give them 10 stars? Tom came to our business location to get to know us and our business first-hand. He was extremely easy to talk with, knowledgeable, patient and listened to our concerns. He has always been there for us when we have a payroll question. His prices are very reasonable. The staff he has working in Down To Basics Payroll are professional, helpful and respond to emails quickly. We have used various payroll companies over the years but none have compared to Down To Basics Payroll.
